Warm welcome to my creative corner
I’m so glad you found your way here.
This space is a living journal of my creative life - where design, nature, and an ongoing curiosity about what it means to be human all meet.
It’s not a fixed story. It’s an unfolding one.
My story
I’m Belinda — a former graphic designer who spent over 30 years working in visual communication and creative practice.
In 2018, life interrupted everything I thought I knew.
A back injury stopped me in my tracks. A disc bulge in my L4 shifted my physical world dramatically, and during scans and investigations I also discovered two large ovarian cysts, as well as a congenital spinal fusion I hadn’t been aware of.
That period became a turning point - not just physically, but internally.
Life slowed right down, and in that slowing, something began to shift in how I paid attention.
I found myself drawn into the garden, into permaculture, into the quiet intelligence of natural systems. What began as a way to cope became a deeper inquiry into connection - between soil, water, body, energy, and environment.
That inquiry continues to shape everything I explore today.
This space reflects that ongoing journey - through health, nature, lived experience, and the evolving ways I understand healing and modern life.
Here you’ll find reflections on:
-
Health and healing
-
Phototherapy patch experiences
-
Permaculture and natural living
-
Conscious business and modern systems
-
Creativity and personal expression
I’m not here with fixed answers.
I’m here in ongoing exploration - noticing, questioning, and documenting what unfolds as I live it.
